Shipping
Unless otherwise stated all shipping costs will be paid for by the customer purchasing the item(s). There are many shipping options listed during checkout to suite the needs of most. Any international orders where the customer refuses to pay for duties and or customs fees will charged to the credit card that the item was purchased with. There are no exceptions to the previous since some shipping methods do not provide a way to include those costs in the shipping amount.

Returns
Any items bought through our online store adhears to this policy. All Special Order products are non-refundable unless a mistake has been made on our part. All other orders are returnable within 30 days with a 20 percent restocking fee applied. Customer will also pay for shipping to return the item back to GRD. Once this is complete you will be returned the amount of the item(s) minus the restocking fee.
