The TurboXS Short Ram Air Intake (also known as the "Shorty") was designed for maximum airflow while maintaining original MAF sensor calibrations. This is extremely critical as the ecu uses this signal to determine proper air/fuel ratios. Poorly designed intakes can lead to "lean" run conditions resulting in detonation and engine damage. The TurboXS "Shorty" Intake is compatible with all TurboXS UTEC "staged" packages. By adding the Turbo XS Short Ram Air Intake the factory blow-off valve volume is greatly enhanced. Kit comes with all necessary hardware to install.
